The Rota for the coffee afternoon is up in the hall foyer, please add your cubs name if they can help out for half an hour on the day.

We are all getting ready for the Coffee Afternoon on 24th November (this will be held in the Montgomery Hall)

I need 2 parents for each please

Times: 12 to 2 or 12 to 1 and 1 to 2 please

Job : the door at the entrance & kitchen making tea and coffee

Hamper tickets will be handed out tonight, once you have sold them can you please hand them back to your leaders.

We are looking for tombola donations please, these can be handed at your meetings

We also looking for home baking that will be sold and used in the coffee room this can be handed in on the day.
