All must wear a T-Shirt under their Scout shirt incise they are sowing on a badge tonight
Investiture - We have well over 20 Scouts to invest tonight. They will receive their membership badges and joining certificate. Unfortunately on this occasion, we are unable to invite parents along as there would be too many people in the halls.
All Scouts must be wearing their scout shirt, Scout trousers and neckie for the investiture. If you Scout does not yet have a neckie, they can be bought from the leaders for £11.
Dear Parents
To raise funds we raffle a Christmas Hamper each year which is drawn on Friday 1st December .
The 1st prize Hamper is worth over £100 mostly bought out of Marks and Spencers, with 2nd and 3rd prizes worth over £20 each.
The Beaver/Cub/Scout/Explorer who sells a winning ticket will also receive a prize.
We are asking each member of the group to sell 10 tickets.
- Ticket price £1.00
- Write the name and phone number of the person buying the ticket on the front
- Write the name of the Beaver/Cub/Scout/Explorer who sold the ticket, on the back of the ticket.
- Put money and tickets in bag
- Hand in to your section leader
