Dear parents

We are meant to have our sleepover in the hall on Friday night.

The weather forecast is looking like we may have a lot of rain Fri/Sat.

As you are all aware the hall is prone to flooding.

-the rain water goes into the office (where a leader is meant to sleep)

-it then goes into the entrance hall (which the scouts would have to walk past to use toilet)

The leaders will keep an eye on the weather to see if there is any change to the weather forecast throughout the week.

If the weather is still the same we will have to postpone the sleepover to another date.

If your scout cannot make the new date your money will be refunded.

The decision to weather it goes ahead will be made on Friday 14th and posted on the web site at 3 o'clock
