Following a number of enquiries to various Youth Hostels we have been unable to get sole occupier use for our February trip and therefore we have decided to cancel this trip

I propose to return deposits to Scouts only attending the hostel on Tuesday evening 1st October

With regard to Scouts who will also be attending next May Camp at Meggernie if acceptable to you I will retain the hostel deposit thus reducing your final payment for this camp by £30 pounds

To confirm you are happy with this please text me (07733 116517) and I will note this against your Scouts name however if you would like me to return the deposit then please confirm this by text also and I will arrange to return this to you on the evening of Tuesday 8th October
