To night we will be planing our Circus Skills

Dear parents

We are all getting ready for the Coffee Afternoon

I need 2 parents for each please I have only had one parent offer so far

Times: 12 to 2 or 12 to 1 and 1 to 2 please

Job : the door at the entrance

Job : kitchen making tea and coffee

Can you please hand in your hamper tickets to your leaders.

We are looking for one tombola donations per member please which can be handed at your meetings

We also looking for home baking that will be sold and used in the coffee room this can be handed in on the Friday night or on the day.
