15th Glasgow (Eaglesham) Scout Group

Who can become a Scout ?

Any boy or girl aged ten or over can be a Scout.

The oldest Scout is usually about 14 years old. Membership of Scouting U.K. is voluntary and is open to any boy or girl regardless of faith, race, culture, nationality or any other circumstances.

Young members make, or work towards making, the Promise appropriate to the section to which they belong.

The Scouts make the promise they share with members around the world.

I promise to do my best:

To love my God,

To serve the Queen and my country,

To help other people

And

To keep the Scout Law
