Missing Child Protocol
Your leader requires a text one hour before a meeting or activity from the parent or guardian of the child to say they will not be in attendance.
If this has not been received and a child is unaccounted for when the roll is then. Cubs will be stoped and the parents / gardens will be contacted by phone on all the numbers given on the consent form filled out at the begging of the year.
If this does not confirm the whereabouts of the child the appropriate services will be informed.
This is aimed at safeguarding your child.
