Chef Badge

  1. Plan, cook, serve and clear away a two course meal for at least two people. Discuss their menu with the people they are cooking for. It should include preparing and cooking vegetables.
  2. The following dishes are given as suggestions. (They may produce their own menu.)

  • A fish dish, such as fish pie, kippers.
